Sub Karakoy - Special Category Hotel Istanbul

The staff at Sub Karakoy were friendly and helpful. When I arrived in Istanbul during cold weather, they offered me a jacket to borrow. They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and helped me make reservations. The hotel itself has a modern and trendy design, and the rooms are comfortable with strong water pressure for a warm shower. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with Turkish coffee, tea, and homemade cookies available. The location is great, near a metro/tram station and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and the main shopping boulevard. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul. I had a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel and I must say I had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of an up-and-coming area with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering excellent room service and tour/ticket assistance. The rooms themselves were very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even garden furniture. I also appreciated the free toiletries and electric kettle provided. I found the service to be top-notch and the hotel to be a great base for exploring the city.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at a small hotel in a trendy neighborhood. The location was ideal, with top-class Turkish restaurants nearby and easy access to tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a very comfortable big bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast, though not a huge selection, was delicious and well-priced. We also enjoyed the tiny details and homey feel of the hotel.

The walls of the room were not soundproof.

Responsive staff, quickly resolved A/C issue, upgraded room, enjoyable breakfast with customizable eggs, great coffee, rooftop patio with bar service.

Furkan, in particular, stood out and was always by our side, offering valuable advice and helping us avoid tourist traps. Their kindness made our minor mishaps seem insignificant. We highly recommend the hotel, especially for those with physical handicaps.
